Lifebase Proprietary License Notice

Lifebase is proprietary software and documentation. Access to this package does not by itself grant permission to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or create derivative products from its proprietary materials.

An authorized customer may use Lifebase only under the applicable End User License Agreement, order terms, or another written agreement with the Licensor. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Obsidian, community plugins, and other third-party components are not relicensed under this notice. They remain governed by their respective licenses, and the Lifebase terms do not limit rights granted directly by those licenses.

The Lifebase name, logo, and other source identifiers may be used only as necessary to identify an authorized copy truthfully. All other trademark rights are reserved.

The English terms control unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly designates a localized version as controlling. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
