Lifebase Docs

Lifebase keeps your daily records, tasks, and knowledge in an Obsidian vault: a folder of readable Markdown files. These docs explain how to install it, connect an AI agent, and start working with your notes.

If this is your first installation, follow Getting started. You will install the CLI, choose an available content language, open the vault in Obsidian, and run your first session.

If you already have a Lifebase installation, connect it to the CLI instead of reinstalling over your files. For a new computer or agent, see AI agents.
