LifebaseThese notes describe use of the Lifebase website and its optional account service. The product’s End User License Agreement and the terms supplied with your license govern use of the installed product.
Website accounts
Use your own Google or GitHub account and keep access to it secure. An account allows you to register and inspect licenses you legitimately hold. It does not issue a new license or grant access beyond an existing license’s permissions.
Registering and unlinking licenses
Register with the current license key. One account can hold several licenses, and each license can have one active account connection. Using the same email address does not prove license ownership. Replaced or revoked keys cannot be used for registration.
An expired license may be registered with a valid current key, but registration does not renew it. Key replacement preserves the license ID and its account connection. Unlinking only removes the active account connection. It does not revoke the license, key, or installed devices.
Ownership transfers
Contact support to move a license to another account. Unlinking, deleting an account, or creating another account must not be used to bypass that process. Do not share keys or try to access another person’s licenses or device information.
Purchases and product terms
The website currently does not process payments or automatically issue licenses. Purchase inquiries go through support. The confirmed issuance conditions determine the authorized versions, update period, download deadline, and device limits.
Lifebase’s original instructions, skills, templates, and configuration are proprietary. Your own notes and other user content remain yours. Obsidian, plugins, AI providers, and other third-party services have their own licenses and terms.

AI and your records
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs and changes before relying on them. Lifebase instructions guide agents but do not replace the permissions and safeguards of the tools you choose. Maintain independent backups of records you need to recover.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the account page after verifying it again. Account deletion removes the profile and web access, not your license or local vault. See the privacy notice for the records that remain.
