Consultations and setup support are offered in Korean through Kmong. Confirm device compatibility, the work schedule and final order terms before payment. AI usage and external service fees are separate.

Existing buyers can book these separately. No need to buy Lifebase again.

A 30-minute session for a specific question or configuration issue.

Standalone sync and Hermes setup include two weeks of messages about that configuration. The Hermes fee covers setup work, not the open-source software. The host must remain running and online for mobile requests.

Questions before purchasing

Are updates different between packages?

No. All new packages include future Lifebase releases at no additional charge, with no update deadline. Updates cover the Vault, AGENTS.md and AI skills. Reconfiguration and remote work are separate services.

What happens after the support period?

You can keep asking questions in the user Discord community. Community replies are voluntary, without guaranteed individual responses or resolutions. Book technical support when you need dedicated help.

What do I need to prepare?

Bring your own computer and AI account. AI subscriptions or API usage, hardware, servers and paid sync services are separate. We confirm your OS and accounts before booking; OS installation, complex network configuration and custom development are outside these packages.

Can I request help after buying Self setup?

Yes. Existing buyers can book the services listed above without purchasing Lifebase again. Send your current setup and the task you need help with through Kmong; scope and payment are agreed before work.

What about my existing license?

Existing One, Plus and Lifetime licenses keep their original terms. View your actual device limit and update period in your account.License guide
